I have an old Vodacom pre-paid (micro?) SIM in an old phone. I want to move the SIM to a new phone that takes a smaller (nano?) SIM.

I've heard about cutting the SIM card down to size, but I'd rather get a new one. What is the easiest way to get a SIM swap these days?

Howdy. Buy prepaid sim at closest retailer such as PnP or Checkers etc. Call 135 and they will assist with telephonic sim swop. They will ask questions such as last 5 numbers dialed and or date and amount last recharged.

Olá! I assume call 135 from the old SIM?

I won't be able to answer any of those questions. I remember years ago, logging in to vodacom4me to find the answers.
