Vodacom Prepaid Simswop

Hey all just wanted to check if this was normal procedure, my mates mom had her phone stolen today. So she went to a vodacom branch to get the sim swop to keep her number. But they told her she has to know the last 5 numbers dialed, how can she prove this if the person who stole the phone made calls after it was stolen. I have never had to do this before on any other network!!

Any ideas, maybe a vodacom expert out there???

Give them any numbers you dialed, even if it was the last five. They will have a list of recent numbers. To require the exact last 5 is just daft.

Now if they would just put the info on their site where I can finds it ...
