I've just changed to this tariff plan (25/10) 8:40am, then 5 minutes later when I was trying to make calls it was not possible, dialed 072, 073, 082 and could get through, it say the service u r trying to use is not available, DAMN VODACOM, just spoke to the consultant and she says they have been receiving calls about the same problem this mornin.
