Vodacom Reception, can they boost it?

Hi,

I'm working at a client near Warmbaths on a farm. It is a big commercial farm with offices and hundreds of workers. Also residential houses on the Site. I'm installing Vodacom 3G internet here today, and it is working fine, with a Poynting antenna.

Problem is, the cellphone reception is VERY VERY bad, although it should be fine according to the coverage map. People are highly frustrated and Vodacom is missing out on many calls per day.

Who can I contact at Vodacom to see if they can come and install a booster on the site?

There are another 2 sites in the area, with the same problem, both with houses, offices and lots of workers.

Hi - I had a similar issue in Cape Town at our Offices - a lot of Vodacom users where complaining. I jumped through hoops with Vodacom but nothing happened when I emailed [email protected] and got a very prompt and professional reply and now I have full signal @ 3G - happy face!
Basically 2 days after the initial email Vodacom came on-site did some tests then replaced all the equipment at the tower from Alcatel to Huawei - cant believe I'm saying this but well-done VC and Cellucity!
