I seem to recall there was a way / process complaints on areas with poor reception.

What kind of issues are you seeing almostgone ?

I'm busy working on some GPRS systems for a company based near you and we have been seeing a number of issues that suggest that the network is overloaded:
High ping times, devices struggling to connect, high packet losss, etc. All with good signal strength and high gain antennas.

Yeah ambo those are the same problems i'm getting. I'm also having issues with delayed sms's and calls going straight through to voice mail. So yeah. Is it effective for an individual to call in? I assume there would need to be a fair number of similar complaints before action is taken?
