Hoping someone can assist. In October 2019 I was called by a Vodacom Sales person with regard to data packages has changed and if I would like to upgrade. I made it very clear that it is fine as longs as my package does not get more expensive. And it did by R150. I have been on number of phone calls to the Sales Department where they blatantly lied to me and said is was admin fees. I then left it for another month and no change in contract cost so I called again. This time they said there is no such thing as admin fees on a business contract and after number of calls said they they will reverse the cost and contract. Two months later and still no change. I called 082 1960 and they say that it is a different sales team and they only have outbound call access and can not transfer me to this Sales team, but they will mail and escalate to person that will assist, but they do not get back to me. I have no idea on how to get hold of this Sales Team and get issue resolved. Any suggestions?? Thanks
