I've been busy making some more carrier logos's - And i just made a new Vodacom Red Logo since they went 'Red' and all

Oh btw, it's in the works for 3G/3GS etc!

And ive made one for iPod touch 3G which is awesome!! Fake signal bars which changes according to your wifi signal it's on iPhoneZA as well. If you have an iPod touch 3G please give it a whirl

Hey dude. Yeah your phone has to be jailbroken. There are guides at the link in the first post or my sig for jailbreaking under the tutorials section.

I wouldn't worry about jailbreaking - it's been deemed legal in the US and while we aren't in the US, it is completely reversible by doing a software restore.
