Vodacom refund

just thought i'd share,
so i load airtime onto my voda sim that i use for data. i then proceed to load a bundle and everything looks ai'ght. 48hrs later, i'm capped. like wft! i check and find the bundle never got loaded meaning i was surfing at OOB (R2).

phone data desk & today i get a call back to say they have re-imbursed me of all the airtime! sweet! i was most impressed withe the response from vodacom i must say.

Thats a great story and its encouraging to see large corps looking out for us smaller clients.

Just to add, one month I accidently overpaid vodacom by R2000 (me not paying attention), and I was refunded within a week.

I have to add, everyone can bitch and moan about VC all they want , but we all know they are truly the best SP around, I hav had a few scrapes with them in the past but was never resolved longer than 48hours from query time. That was in the early stages of DATA, and im still using my ooooold Hauweii 1.8 card and no problems to date.

Service is always with a smile , well to me it is, i guess that always depends on how YOU actually Treat the service representative. Their admin is A for away... and ya, just wish they would give me a nicer phone next time, lol.

pfff go and deal with cell-c(orruption) or mtn and come back to me ' its just my personal opinion, sorry i amend my statement. Ive always been happy with them.
