Hi Is here a Vodacom rep on the forums to help with escalations ? I need my contact cancelled which was upgraded in end October without my permission. I contacted them in December to cancel the contract as the contract was taken out on Black friday. Which meant it would be done by December allowing me to cancel after the 24 months has lapsed thus being able to move the number to prepaid. I call and was told this number has been upgraded but without my permission. They said they will escalate it so that it can be cancelled by end Jan 2024 and this still has not happened. How do I get this contract cancelled ? I'm still waiting to get them to contact me as I call weekly for a update and the agent tell me end Jan but no cancellation took place.
