Hi Is here a Vodacom rep on the forums to help with escalations ? I need my contact cancelled which was upgraded in end October without my permission. I contacted them in December to cancel the contract as the contract was taken out on Black friday. Which meant it would be done by December allowing me to cancel after the 24 months has lapsed thus being able to move the number to prepaid. I call and was told this number has been upgraded but without my permission. They said they will escalate it so that it can be cancelled by end Jan 2024 and this still has not happened. How do I get this contract cancelled ? I'm still waiting to get them to contact me as I call weekly for a update and the agent tell me end Jan but no cancellation took place.
 
It's easier to leave the Mafia than it is to leave Vodasuck.

I eventually, after 3 months, had to drive to the Epicentre of Tele-incompetence, Voda world and raise hell before I could get that useless company to cancel my contract.

I'll never go near Vodascum again...
 
There is a certain company that contracts to Vodacom. I won't name names...but I have been raising hell about them on our meetings. They are doing random upgrades, migrations and activating value added services on accounts and then proper dealers like me have to try and fix it.
