So, you can pre register online for your iPhone 7 and have it when it arrives... Great I thought!
So, I register (Two weeks or so ago). Received a call from an agent last week Tuesday to confirm and finalise the order.
No news or any feedback by yesterday so I thought let me just follow up. "Oh sorry sir, the order wasn't processed...." WTF? Really!
So the order gets processed but now I must wait because they are waiting for stock!
I guess that is the kind of service you can expect if there are no real other options.
In true Vodacom style, nothing will probably happen after this post but at least I feel a better now...
