Have to thank oclexroux for the service and the pm's and having a look... but in all fairness yesterday was a business day and the call center;s were open.. i opted for a call back 2twice and got non... then opted for a cal back this morning. and nothing yet..
i'm not too sure about the service levels of vodacom.. for the general man on the street....
Vodacom had gone red, the same colour as the service repesentive at the shop after you beat him senseless...

My phone was activated yesterday morning after which I receive a call from Vodacom to rate their service. lol..
The Facts:
1. Sorted out 2 contracts on Saturday the 16th.. and then picked up the phones on Thursday the 21st. Was told activation would take 24hr's.
2. Activation of my phone took 96hr's, when I complained about this I was told activation should take 48hours.(Shop vs call center = no consistent story)
3. Call back service for vodacom is a scam.
4. My second phone is still waiting for activation( 120hr's later).
In all fairness the only service I got was from the forum through ocleoux.
Makes me think is there a cooling off period for contract's.. cause I think Trevor might have better service ?
after another full day of fighting and not being called back I am done... can anyone put me in contract with someone that has the authorization to cancel the contract's I took out and the correct procedure..
