Can someone please help me or at least clarify how it works, but I PERSONALLY THINK what they have done is wrong ( I could be wrong)
One of Vodacoms shakeup prizes is a 4 week course with Shaw academy - great!
I went over to Shaw academy and they give you a four week course when you sign up, great now I have a 8 week course, but I cannot see how to redeem the vodacom course, but by following their like and signing up ( which gives me a 4week course)
I tried contacting vodacom and their repeated response was follow this link to sign up and redeem my “prize” problemwas I had a few hours left to sign up before it expired, so I signed up and I have done my 4 week course ( really enjoyable)
today I won another 4 week course ( yay I can continue with course 2) I follow the link and I am unable to redeem because my email address has already been used for the free sign up. - at least I have until 31/03/20 to redeem the other I had 1 day.
1) I haven’t really won anything, vodacom are just rebranding a free sign up as a gift.
2) if it’s a a free course why can’t I use it on my existing profile.
