Vodacom Signal

What is wrong with Vodacom. Amersfoort, Mphumalanga don't have a signal again On 3 towers in the area the " Amersfoort, Bergvliet and Majuba tower give a download speed of 29 Kilo Bits per second. It is now a EDGE area where the download speed is normally 240 Kilo Bits per second. I phoned the customare care line a few times today and yesterday with no succes. Don't they monitor their system or do they just don't care???????

we get about 20 to 60kbps no matter what happens, so count your lucky stars u sometimes get edge of 240kbps, vodacoms only answer to our queries basically comes down to "we dont care about your town as your town use less bandwidth than people in the cities so ur town is no priority for us - case closed, dont call us again"
