Vodacom sim not receiving SMS

Good day

I currently have a problem with my sim where I cannot receive sms's at all. I have tried a different sim in my phone and that worked with receiving sms's. My sim in another phone still did not work. I've tried changing the centre number as well and that did not work as well. I have done a sim swap with Vodacom and that hasn't worked either.

My vodacom sim doesn't receive SMSs

Check call barring settings. Make sure it is not on. Had the same problem with an MTN SIM, I had call barring enabled for incoming calls for some reason.
