No one in sight and cabinet doors left open I was able to go in a snoop around so I'm sure it was not opened by contractors because they won't open it and leave it like that. Looks like the Telkom one in the picture and the Vodacom cabinet to the right doors are left open. Gate says to call 082 111 who as you can imagine is not very helpful.
The pictures look like it's still light but it's just my camera. Pictures taken at ~19:00
