I have a smart S contract. I noticed that I can't accumulate minutes for more than two months. Is this legal? Surely I should be able to accumulate the minutes if they are not used.

I do not wish to sound like an old record but if you read the T & C's of this product before entering in to this legal contract/agreement you would not be posting this thread. Carry over of minutes = one calendar month.

Look at your T&C's as its mentioned there.

EDIT: And yes, I have a SmartS contract and I double checked it on my contract after a senior guy at VC billing systems told me that new contracts are only 2 months.

Agreed I haven't gone through it thoroughly when I signed up, I took it for granted. It still think it is crazy though.

So what did you assume, that your unused balance would just roll over for ever.

I've had extra minutes rolling over on TM for the last year (1000 odd minutes)..

I don't get it, there are so many other better contracts out there, but people still sign these exorbitant and wierdly-T&C'd contracts.

I don't get it either how anybody could sign up for TM.

Bad day or do you just feel like being obnoxious?

One would assume it would role over as long as you had the contract, or a period of a year. That is how it used to be. And like I said, I didn't read the T&C's and therefore it is my fault.

Use to be. It was always 6 months since I can remember.
