This is really causing me grey hairs..
I've added in a 16mb memory card, formatted as internal memory, as recommended.
When ever I switch the tablet off then on, my Kindle, Word & Excel apps have disappeared, & I have to reinstall them.
Then... Permissions...
I open File Manager & it says...
'Allow File Manager to access photos, media & files on your device? DENY ALLOW
After touching ALLOW, it then says...
'Screen overlay detected
To change this permission settings, you first have to turn off the screen overlay from Settings>Apps OPEN SETTINGS
It opens 'Draw over other apps, BUT File Manager is not listed there!
If I go to Settings, Apps, File Manager & permissions, it shows Storage greyed out. When I touch that, it takes me to the "Screen overlay detected" settings again
Going around in circles!!
Same with Chrome, when I want to download something..
& it tells me that Chrome needs Storage access to download files UPDATE PERMISSIONS. When I try to update the Storage permission, it takes me to that 'Screen overlay detected, Open Settings, & Chrome is NOT listed there either.
Now what can I do? Any ideas?
