Not sure what you're referrin to? Just ranting or asking for possible solutions?

If it's about the password issue on the new BBM, there is a workaround that hopfully will work till RIM's sorted this problem.

The social media team also posts a link on facebook for the customer to go check if theres network upgrades in there area but the site is outdated.It shows the upgrades are done early in the year
