Vodacom - Speed increase after 1 year

Just wanting to find out if other Vodacom Fibre customers have received a speed increase at no extra cost.

Speeds are now doubled.

On month to month package.

I just phoned vodacom, I want to get another 2 year contract, same speed as what I have but at the new rate they have on their website, according to the call center once you are on month to month you can get a new contract or get a rate change unless you cancel and apply for a new line, which i find really bizarre

Strange - since I've received my upgrade to 200/200 - I suddenly can't load youtube videos. Everything else, including speedtest.net all shows no signs of slow down. Yet I cannot load a youtube video on any of my devices.

I'm not sure if the new speed comes with some other restrictions maybe?

Got the same issue right now. Using a VPN solves it for now but it's not ideal.

Logged a ticket for it.

Check the main thread - there is another user with this issue as well.

Log a ticket to get them to fix it.
