Vodacom speed tests ?

Does anyone know what the 5 options are on the vodacom performance test page?

MTB MDP CFO DMO PRS

Each is a link to a different host : iperfmtb.vodasecure.co.za. I get dramatically different speeds to each and am interested to find out the differences. Different datacenters locations or protocols ??
