I had a similar result then i moved my lte modem 5 cm and i got 22Mbps on download and half the ping of 3g

Not saying better however if I am going to be given a pile of horse crap; I expect it to be cheap.
I am not for one minute saying MTN or TM (even though MTN on my tablet has better quality signal all the time) is better however TM offer far better deals.
