Im a Dumbass - didnt read the bill properly

The other day, when upgrading/renewing cell phone at Vodacom store, they said we qualify for free R55 a month sim card... I said OK and just signed everything they put in front of me.

Now I get a bill for the darn FREE R55 sim card. :confused:

How do I cancel this or report to Vodacom?

Store is East Rand Mall

There are deals where you get a second phone with a Flexi 55 contract (there is no monthly charge for this contract). So you will get R55.00 airtime on this sime every month for free for the next two years. Have a look at the bill please, there should only be a once off R97.00 activation fee on there, and nothing else. The rest should be 0. There might be a subscription of R55.00, but then underneath it should be a subscription discount of -R55.00 to cancel it out.
 
LOL youre 100% right.

My mistake, but I still think they tricked me, or something. I certainly dont recall being told I have to pay R97 But my memory is not what it used to be.

Pales to insignificance compared with the R200k bill we just got from SARS. They cancelled all our input VAT claims for May for some reason.
