went to vodacom website to view my itemized bill and couldnt find it anywhere, i ended up calling them...what a waiste.
i saw an option for a statement, when i requested it via email, to my surprise i had to pay R10 to get it emailed to me...ridiculous!
1MB is still R2 in this day and age can somebody explain whats wrong with this company?
Im still paying for an iPhone that lasted less than 3months and they claim its water damaged even though it was never submerged to any sort of liquid. They refused to fix it or swop it, and i ended up giving up on them and apple. I mean i have been using cell phones for about 9yrs and i never heard of this humidity claims that may damage your very over priced phone.
Next thing they sent me messages claiming that they now fix water damaged phones. I went there, drove many kilometers only to be told that the sms was not meant for me. I mean i have a liquid damaged phone and sms's are sent to my number...wtf is wrong with this company????
