I've been with Vodacom since I first got a cellphone.
But I'm starting to question if they are worth staying with.
The number of dropped calls now days is astonishing.
I'm often on calls for over an hour, and this usually entails the need to make 2 or 3 calls due to calls being dropped.
Vodacom actually used to acknowledge this issue by sending SMS giving out free minutes for the inconvenience of the dropped call. This was however dropped relatively quickly as from my perspective it was bad enough to be extremely expensive to constantly give out free minutes.
My question has a few sides:
Are other vodacom users experiencing the same?
Are MTN users experiencing the same?
This issue persists across multiple different phones, I've even swapped out my sim to help rectify this issue with no difference being noted.
