Vodacom Terrible service

Have you considered that perhaps Vodacom have decided that you are a high risk client and not willing to continue providing the service to you? If this was a cellphone account (it looks like this is for fibre however), then what I have seen is they hand you over to legal, delete your number etc. Vodacom is very strict with non payers. They are amicable though when you contact them and make arrangements and do a what is called a "promise to pay". You promise to pay a mutually agreed amount per month. If you break that promise, you are kicking the hornets nest.

I assume you have tried 0821946 which is the collections department.

And just a word of advice......if you take that kind of attitude and aggression onto someone that answers the phone, you are not going to get far. Behaving as you are in your post to someone that is looking at a account that was mismanaged by you, the account holder, is not going to make them want to help you. Stay calm, collected. Remember, this situation was not caused by the agent taking the call.....it was caused by you.
 
So you edited your message to just say "Vodacom is so frustrating" after your multi paragraph rant and saying you are the one that was not paying your account each month? 🤔
