Was escalated (and likely resolved by now) after wezhira sent me the addy.
As far as I am aware the address has not reached the Team on the ground yet. I sent a message to Wezhira with my email address to confirm the address or at least let me know who it was sent to so I can expedite the process. ThanksWas escalated (and likely resolved by now) after wezhira sent me the addy.
Question though ... What are you doing ontop that roof ?![]()
My neck got a cramp from turning my phone. The real question is, who on earth takes a photo like that.

Good point actuallyIs it not better for Vodacom to put a direct number on the gate or box to call and quote the site id? Vodacom towers are all marked with call 082111 for emergencies and quote site id. You know the people who answer those calls. You tell them the door at the tower with site id is open and it's raining and they respond asking if your mobile data is switched on or off.......
MTN towers has a short number you can report incidents like these too. Ohh and Atlas tower too. Very responsive to reported issues like this.
