I am using a E220 USB Modem
1) Does the Doringkloof 3 tower support 3G & HSDPA (I got this tower name from my cell phone.)
2) Does Doringkloof primary 2 support 3G & HSDPA. (I got this Tower name from Gingg's e620 Tool.)

I get a signal strenght of 29-35 %. Would this be normal.

The Tower is about 40 Meters from my House.

Not sure about the strength of 29-35%. If this could converted to a dBm reading, it would be more meaningful.

Are these 2 seperate towers or one tower.?
Why is signal strenght so low. I have tried a longer usb cable but it did absolutely nothing.

Csnoopy, I am based in Durbs so cannot comment on the specifics of the towers, but as far as I can see from the info you provided and the site records, these are 2 seperate sites. I would imagine what could be happening is that you may be in the shadow of the tower which is 40 metres from you (this could happen depending on mast height, antenna direction, building structure, etc.). The other site is probably some distance from you and as such, the signal is weaker.

Anyhow, you should still be able to work successfully with the dBm levels you quoted. The item in Wikipedia does quite a good job of explaining dBm - see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/DBm

It is just strange that I only get 34%+- signal strength. There is no buildings between my house and the Tower it is actually situated on one end of the park. Is there a way that I can find out which of the 2 towers is in the park.??
