Vodacom unable to resolve my email setup issues

After weeks of spending time at Vodashop and numerous phone calls to the help center I am still unable to access my vodamail email account.

Since my last upgrade in December I have not been able to sign into my email account and nobody seems to be able to resolve the problem.

Last visit and attempt to fix the problem, the technician at the Vodashop logged a call with the Technical department, who could not help over the phone,and I was given a reference number and told that they will de-register the e-mail account and let me know when I can re-register.

Seven days later, which is today, I phoned the call center to follow up and the lady informed me that I can now re-register the e-mail account, but with the guidance given the system still does allow me to do so.

I don't know where to turn to now as they are totally useless!
Anybody has some advise please?
 
what kind of domain are you trying to use? and are you trying to forward emails to a email program that would help us identify your issue
 
Unfortunately, we have a trend here --- contract upgrades are increasingly giving more and more problems. I gave up almost 8 years ago with my vodamail account have never tried to use it. At the last upgrade I went through in December, the sales lady tried to convince me to set it up and I simply refused. Cannot be bothered with the hassles. One private email address and a google address is more than enough. Most of the time the google account is needed anyway these days with smart phones running Android.
