Vodacom USSD down and can't buy Data

This morning I opened one of my mobile online games. To my surprise I could not connect. Thinking to myself that I should still have data, and airtime because I never got the sms reminder that my data is about to run out.

I tried using an USSD code to check my balance (Used all that I could find) but none of them works except for airtime, which showed R0.00

Annoyed but whatever. Logged on to FNB to top up. Was able to top up Airtime, but not DATA.

VODACOM!!!! Stop worrying about OTT and start worrying about this absolute crap network of yours. So glad I cancelled my contract. Now to sign up with Cell-C

I'm guessing the Airtime I loaded will last about 5 minutes with out of bundle rates.

EDIT: I can't even log in to MyVodacom to check my balance. I've tried everything. So it is now a guessing game.

EDIT2: Is anyone else able to check their DATA bundles?

Just tried now with USSD code, got error message. I can't be bothered to try the MyVodacom site, I'm not convinced that it ever works for more than 2 consecutive days.

I know it's frustrating, I have had to do it several times myself.

You may notice I started a thread recently trying to find a way out of Vodacom's clutches...

USSD is down for me, Mobile data is down and online billing portal is down as well. Seems to be a widely affected area.

I loaded R110 airtime last weekend. It is Wednesday already yes but I haven't made any phone calls. I also didn't receive any data SMS warnings to top up data. So I've lost that airtime because of this. And since I can't top up data now I'm forced to turn off my mobile data on my phone.

So annoying!
