This is not been working for a few days now. When I click on voicemail, it dials my voicemail instead of giving me a list of voicemails like in the past. Anyone else having problems?

Try:
1 - SMS "VVM OFF" to 123
2 - Wait a few minutes
3 - SMS "VVM ON" to 123

Test.

SMS's are free.

Mine is also not working!

It pops up with the error, "Cannot authorize access".

Anyone else receiving this error?

I have tried VVM OFF - reboot - VVM ON - reboot again to no avail.

I am running on iOS 5.

Anyone help would be much appreciated as no one at Vodacom can help me!

Hi Limnos

1 - Do you have your iPhone APN set up correctly?
2 - Can you surf the web via Safari?

If your APN is fine and you can surf the web, you should be OK.

You not running a jailbroken iPhone?

You say the VVM OFF and then VVM ON trick does not work? Mayb just try it again?

Hi balrog

1 - Yes, my iPhone APN is setup correctly. I can browse and MMS I am using the iPhone.vodacom.za APN.
2 - Yes.
3 - I am not currently jailbroken. I am on iOS 5.0.

I have tried over and over again and it still pops up with that annoying error. Vodacom send me to Nashua Mobile (as they are my subscriber), and Nashua tell me they can't help me.

Maybe it's iOS 5? Can anyone confirm that it works on iOS 5?

Strange Limnos...

Has Nashua done the activation of the service on your number? Maybe ask them to double-check.

Remove SIM and re-insert?

My guess is it ha something to do with the Nashua link.. Even the personal hotspot feature does not work if you dont have the correct APN details and if the AP is not activated properly on Vodacom side. Agree with balrog check with Nashua if all settings are up to date.
