Vodacom voice issues

Hi Guys,

Is there something up with Vodacom? Im trying to get hold of my mom from my MTN or telkom landline and the voice quality is very bad. I am not having the issue to cellc or other mtn users.

Its a bit annoying, as its going on for a day now already.

and is there a place to report it?

Strange, my Voda is working perfectly, in Fourways, have you called 111? Have you tried calling someone else?

I'll hunt for another vodacom number I can dial, but as I said, even phoning my parents from a landline is an issue. Going to phone vodacom and see what comes up.

meh, the call centre wasnt very helpful and they dont want to investigate. I have to chat to MTN and Telkom to find out what the problem is. If I have time tomorrow, I might phone but I will probably save my sanity by just getting my parents to use CellC.
