Vodacom Management
What I am going to write to you know would seem unreal, but please check on your system and let me know what would you as Vodacom managers would do if this happened to you.
During October 2017 Vodacom contacted me with an offer of 3G data per month for R99, this was on special during October 2017.
I accepted the offer. November I called Vodacom because I did not receive the 3G of data. Vodacom told me there was a delay on the contract, I will receive the 3G on 1 December 2017.
1 December – no 3G. I again called Vodacom. Again they told me there was a delay on the new contracts, I will receive it on 1 January 2017.
1 January 2018 – no 3G. I phoned Vodacom again. They told me they will make sure that I will receive it any time that day.
NOTHING
On 24 January 2018 I phoned Vodacom to cancel this account. I spoke to Mondli from 0826118289. He told me to please do not cancel my Vodacom account. He will reverse the 3G contract and give me a new contract of 5G PLUS A ROOTER FOR R99. This he 1st confirmed with his manager which gave him a go-ahead.
You know what, NOTHING HAPPENED.
On 29 January 2018, nearly 4 months later, I phoned Vodacom. There was nothing on the system of the 5G offer. I called several times. Please check your system. Vodacom personnel told me that they wrote Mondli an E-mail (on 29 January 2018) to phone me, this was confirmed 2 x. He did not phone me. I spoke to one of the supervisors, Ishma, he told me to contact after sales at 0821945 they will know where my delivery is. I contacted them. NOTHING ON THE SYSTEM.
I also spoke to Ms Hlingiwe, also one of the supervisors, who told me that she has activated my 5G and router contract and that I will receive it this Friday, 2 February 2018
Just to make sure, I phoned this morning, 30 January 2018.
Do you know what: NOTHING NOTHING NOTHING ON THE SYSTEM.
How is it that Vodacom personnel can lie to a customer for 4 months?
And in the 1st place Vodacom contacted me?
Will this E-mail also going to be unanswered Vodacom Management or are you going to assist me?
