Vodacom voicemail issues

When trying to setup my voicemail (was active for 21 years and deactivated earlier this year) I am getting stupid errors on my Galaxy S8+.
When trying to setup via USSD, I get "Connection error or invalid MMI Code".
When trying to set up directly on the phone I get the attached.
Any ideas from anyone?

We often wonder when reading a postings similar to yours and ask the question - Are we not sitting on the solution?

Network services and devices/phones and PC's occasionally require a Reboot/Reset to function correctly

Try calling Customer Care 082135 requesting a Reset of your Voicemail to resolve your problem
