Ok this is going on now for 2 months. I cannot get into my voicemail. I have had the voicemail box deleted by customer care, I have reset passport like 100 times, I have gone into Technical Center, told its sorted now, bottom line. When I dial 121, it keeps asking for my password, even though we have reset, deleted, etc. It wont even allow me to set up a new voicemail. it keeps saying enter password. OMG!!! I have followed all the other suggestions posted regarding *111 hash, reply 10, reply 6 etc. Nothing nothing
