Just in case you think you have a two year warranty with Vodacom, think again. Handed my phone in last week because the screen is lifting up. Get told they won't cover it because "it is not a common problem". Upon having a small temper tantrum with them I then get told that the screen is cracked, and they are sticking to that despite the fact that I have emailed through the Job Card which clearly indicates no damage to the screen.

Despite numerous calls to customer services, their repairs department and posts on their FB page, the only calls back that I get are from their social media team who say the right things but nothing happens.

Tried that. Got a response saying someone would be in touch. Then a whole lot of nothing

The short and sweet answer is - resolve your problem using the Small Claims Court system. These forums answers will not resolve your problem but lead to other problems.
