I haven’t needed to go to the website for years - but as I can upgrade shortly, I thought I’d pop through … but it seems a mess.

Where are the plans and the prices?

I see tons of rewards, and music services, and trials of Amazon - but there doesn’t seem to be a simple ‘you get x minutes / data @ R100.00’

If you select ‘Plan’ and scroll past the marketing - I see a few plans, but not really pricing?

I saw those - I don’t a device or anything. But I guess I can upgrade to a top up plan @ R119.00pm? No need for a new SIM?
 
When you select Plans and click on View RED Flexi price plans … I don’t see any plans

@Dolby Unfortunately this is not a new problem by Vodacom. If you rise the issue you be told "we will refer this to the web team" where the problem it is NEVER SOLVED - usual SPIN STORY.😠
 
Anyone else having issues accessing pages on Vodacom's site?

I was trying to go through the eSIM flow but it kept failing, now other pages are failing too.

Getting this on some requests:
Bad Request
This combination of host and port requires TLS.
 
Fixed it by clearing the browser storage for the site. Uploaded their Sentry payload to Claude to look at and it suggested this, didn't think it would work :laugh:
