OK, I have had the VoIP and VoWiFi features provisioned on my number and restarted my phone twice, however, the option to switch these features ON/OFF does not appear in the menu structure of my phone. This handset is an official Vodacom handset running all the latest build & firmware. What is going on here?vowif1.jpg

If it is anything like my P10 Lite, then the feature is not available to be toggled in the menu. My Volte is provisioned on my number and it works, but there is not option to turn it on or off. Once provisioned on your number and sim, the feature is always on with Huawei.

But how do I KNOW I'm making a VoWiFi call? Is there any indication on the screen?

I am not sure about vowifi on Huawei. I no on Apple and Samsung it has a vowifi icon. With Volte on Huawei, only way you know you are on volte is when making/receiving a call your 4G icon remains and does not change to 3G

My Huawei M20 Pro does show "Wifi call", but I also have the "Wifi Calling" option under the menu, so take it the Mate 10 does not show it then?

My VoLTE and WiFi Calling hasn't been working for the past few days. My wife's is fine. The call center insists that the service is provisioned for my number and has resynchronized my number on the network, but for whatever reason it is still not working for me right now like it was before. It doesn't work with my SIM in her phone either, while it does with her SIM in my phone. Maybe the service is just a bit flakey for some users at the moment, IDK?
