Last year in August I called Vodacom to cancel my TALK 100 contract and port to MTN iTalk. After a month of porting problems, it was finally done.
I've realized that Vodacom went and activated another Talk100 number which I've been paying for ever since. When I called today, the first person tells me it must be a glitch from cancellation department because she could see that I requested that cancellation department on 09 August 2007.
The cancellation department have canceled the new number with immediate effect but are refusing to refund me my money. Their argument is that I never canceled the other number I ported to MTN.
Who should I be complaining to? ICASA?
