Vodacom you SUCK!

I was at a vodashop yesterday asking when will the p990 be avail. Now keep in mind they have a dummy on the shelf for R5999.

Answer? If I buy it cash it will be on back order till end of next month. But if I want to get it on contract I must wait till they get a new "DEALS" sheet because it is not on the current one they have at the moment. The new "DEALS" sheet will only be available on 28 Feb 2007.

I found out from MTN that I have to pay in R650 on the ProCall120 package to get the P990 and it *IS* available right away.

This is unacceptable I have had this contract with vodacom since they have started operations in SA. This just shows that vodacom does not gave a @%^$ about its loyal customers.

Vodacom only worries about getting new customers, once you're signed up, they don't give a **** about you anymore! You're on your own, buddy.

*Mind you, MTN is not far beyond, but at least their phones are not crippled with Vodafone live software.

AFAIK the "new deals list" comes out on the 7th of every month. If you are in Durban, go to the store in Gateway. They seem to be acknowledged as the most up to date store -certainly in Natal.
