vodacom4me issue - which month?

I've seen this thread, but I think my problem is specific to my account.

Logging into vodacom4me, I can login ok, but when I go to the page to view my balances I get only

Contract is a 4U with R0.00 base monthly cost and from month to month I activate an Ad Hoc bundle some time near the start of the month (usually through vodacom4me) based on my expected usage for the month to come. This works ok, except since the end of November I haven't been able to see my balance and the services page still seems to reflect November. It shows an HSDPA 500 Ad Hoc bundle under the active services even now (5 December), but I haven't activated any bundle for December yet. Have called the call centre and still not able to resolve.

I want to get a bundle for this month, but obviously not if I'm already going to be charged for the 500 meg bundle that seems to be activated.

All-in-all I'm pretty sure the site is just still showing November's details, but the good folks at the Vodacom call centre haven't been able to confirm anything (like that I won't be charged for the ghost-activated 500 meg ad hoc bundle).

Anyone else having similar issues, or better yet anyone got any ideas?

BTW, the account is definitely not locked. I can log in and it works ok (but obviously I don't want to use it much since it's all out-of-bundle now.)
 
Also get that from time to time on v4me [also a 4U Zero contract], my bundle balance is currently showing, but claims that I haven't used any data yet - makes it really difficult to figure out how much data is available to use on a data bundle, even the Accounts department couldn't figure it out when I called in a couple of days back to find out how much of my bundle was available to use...
