I recently upgraded my E90 firmware to V210.xxx. A few days later I noticed that my Blackberry service was no longer working and contacted Vodacomical's dedicated tele-assist. They advised that I needed to load the latest BB software relevant to my current (updated) firmware. They advised me not to download it on-line but to rather have it done at a Vodacomical Customer Care Centre or Vodashop.
I dutifully drove the 20-odd kms to the (only) local CCC where I was told that I'd have to book the phone in for at least two hours! I then tried the Voda(comical)Shop across the way - they said take to the CCC as they couldn't do it.
I have just downloaded and installed the same. It took me no more than about 10 minutes! What a joke!!

Well done! Maybe you should open your own Vodashop and show everyone how it is done ;)

I'm sure the 2 hours was given to you as a estimate given that their technician might actually have been working on jobs for other clients and not sitting around waiting for you to show up...
