Vodacon Fibre

I need to install a fibre line at my house on Thesen Island, Knysna
When I enter the address on the Vodacon website, I get a message that fibre is currently not avialable.
Vodacon installed the network!
Nowhere on their website can I find an email address to find out more.
Does anyone know who I can contact?

I just want a simple email address or enquiry form on their website .
How hard can that be?
