Vodafone Fibre Issues

Hey guys

2 questions, I have vodafone fibre, is it possible to setup a dmz or port forwarding with a vodafone H500 router?

Everything is locked on the system its pretty useless.

Secondly, I want to change providers, any recommendations in the Durban North area? I would like 100/100 uncapped.
