I have a Vodafone K3772-Z modem. It is working on the eSATA port on my laptop. However, it does not work on the USB 3.0 ports on my laptop, Windows shows a popup that says "Device not recognized".
Why doesnt the modem work on the USB3.0 ports? USB2.0 devices like flash drives work on the USB3.0 ports.
