After releasing the Smart N8 and Smart Tab N8 tablets, now Vodafone delivered the Smart V8 smartphone. It has a Qualcomm 435 chipset and runs the latest available Android 7.1.1 Nougat.
The Smart V8 has a 5.5” Full HD screen with 2.5D glass on top. Tucked inside is the Snapdragon 430 with octa-core CPU (four cores clocked at 1.4 GHz, four at 1.1 GHz). The RAM is 3 GB, while the operating memory is 32 gigs. There is a microSD slot for adding up to 128 GB more storage.

The back of Vodafone’s phone has a 16 MP camera with dual-LED flash and a fingerprint scanner below it. The front-facing one has an 8 MP sensor. The sealed battery has 3,000 mAh capacity.

Vodafone emphasizes on the design of the Smart V8 in all its promos. We surely see a similarity with the ZTE V870 that was launched three weeks ago. The slight difference is the logo on the back and the hue of the Cold Metal color option.

3GB RAM, 16 MP cam, 32 GB internal memory,..... dear lord! i hope they do not sell this for a price over 5K , otherwise this is a sweet deal.
