Hi guys

Does anybody know the manual settings for vodafpne live for a SE K800i? I can get to the home page, but canot load the TV. I have swoped mine for a non branded phone. Vodafone's own branding is full of glitches.
I managed to set up my previous Nokia N80 manually so I'm sure there are settings ot there for this phone.

Please help if you can

Hi Mike

you wil need to go to your setting, under internet settings you will find streaming settings ,you need to select the vlive apn with no proxies or home pages as the connection type.

This is the apn you created under Data accounts. it should work.
You also will need to change your java accounts in order to run apps such as google maps, Mxit, and Opera do not use the VLive APN for this.

Or pm me ill contact you to talk you through it!

Hi Hans

Make sure the phone is connected and that it is in Phone mode Not file transfer mode.

There can be a number of things that are causing this problem what error message is coming up, One of the things that i find helps, using the Sony network wizzard you need to creat the connection manually, the problem with it creating the setup automatically is that 9/10 times it seems to creat a connection based on OPTUS in Australia.

Th manualy connection only requires that you connect via dialup and that the number can be *99# or *99***01# the APN it requires: internet,. this usuallly helps, there are a few other things to check PM i will try talk you through it :)
