Vodafone Mobile Connect v9

Hi guys

I downloaded and installed this software: http://www.vodacom.co.za/services/3g/downloads.jsp
(Application Software - VMC 9.1.1.5142.zip) size is 76mb. I think this is for Vusta, but it works ok on my XP (though slow on startup). Now here is the amazing thing, I got the speed of 1.8mbps!!!!

Now here is the amazing thing, I got the speed of 11mbps!!!!

I assume you're seeing a little popup saying "connected at xxx speed" ? That's not the "actual" speed, that's just a reminder built into all South African versions of Windows of what you "could" get in a world where Telkom didn't exist.
