Vodafone modem more stable than Cell-C modem

I use both an old Vodafone K3365 modem and the Cell C HSPA+ black modem. I find that the Vodafone modem is far more stable than the Cell C modem. With the Cell C modem I get disconnected every half an hour or so while the K3365 can stay connected for hours at a time. It is weird.

What are the specs for this modem? I just can't seem to find any after searching for 10 minutes
My friend has a K3570 and I can't find specs on that either. What is it with ZTE modems? Are their specs classified?

I am not really sure. I know it connects at 7 mb/s when hooked up to a computer and doesn't seem to support HSUPA upload speeds and so I am guessing it is not HSUPA compliant.
