The residents of Philip Nel Park just 5km away fro PTA cente do not hv cellphone network coverage. We have been complaining for the last 12 yrs. we get cutoffs, data is worse, no Telkom LTE so we missing out on specials. We struggling to use 3G cards and hv to travel for connection
