Vodafone Power Tab 10"

My aunt bought my dad a tablet and its a Telefunken one from game (horrible thing) and I have discovered that the rotation sensor is damaged and the screen wont rotate so I would like to do a swap for the Power Tab 10.

Is it any better or what else can you suggest for <R2000, preferentially 9-10 Inches.

It's not too bad, but as with everything they did cut some corners to keep the price low.

The speaker for example is very soft. You need to plug headphones in to really hear anything.

Installing a memory card (highly recommended) takes skill as it almost feels like you are going to break the cover clean off before it opens up.

The font size is nice and big, so that is a plus.

In case you are wondering, the Power Tab 10 is a rebranded Alcatel tablet.
